Today the awesome are born.
My husband tells me that I’m old. I remind him that he is much MUCH older than I.
I’m just glad to be old right along with him.

The husband requests that I do a bit of showing off for him. Below is a picture of the beautiful, and very delicious, cake that he bought me.
It was too much for two people to eat alone, so we took it over to his parentals to share — we still have more than half left over though. Bah.

I hope you don’t mind but my mom sent me the link to your blog and I decided to stalk it for a brief moment. First of all, Gavin is completely adorable. You really did a great job. He is perfect. Second of all, you both are such beautiful writers, I could read your blog all day if I didn’t have motherly things to do. Speaking of that, I just wanted to let you know that Daren and I had our little boy this October. I’m excited you moved back to Utah, however, I’m not sure how excited you are after the crazy snow storm we all had to shovel ourselves out of. It was good to see pictures of your little guy. Ive been Good, Just got a new job so its Work and Work for me, I heard of Twitter a while ago and finally tired it out and so far only found you from people I know, either I don’t know many people or theres too many people to look though, I hope the search system expands with citys, schools and companies etc. anyhow…Good to see your doing well.

Thank you for the nice compliments. We’re glad to be here but seriously considering a move to the Equator. Maybe next season (if we haven’t relocated to the Caribbean) our winter furs won’t decide to go on strike.
