Mr. Tuesday was an AP holder at Disneyland. He would visit the characters in the park and take pictures of them, mostly of the face characters, every Tuesday. Evidently he committed suicide in September, as stated in The OC Register
There are many guests like Mr. Tuesday that the Disneyland cast becomes attached to. No matter how annoying or creepy it may seem to be at first, they eventually grow on you (unless they’re the super duper creepies *shivers*).
It’s sad to see one go this way.
