Unfamiliar Territory

I bought my wedding dress!

I was wondering, though, if anyone out there had a seamstress they trusted.  I still need the alterations to be done (why else would I need a seamstress?), and I don’t personally know of anyone who could do them for me.  I guess mostly I just don’t want to be taken for a ride and I’d feel more at ease if someone was recommended to me.

Let me know!  I need all the help I can get in this department!

Usually the store where you buy your dress provides a seamstress. You don’t have to use them but it may make your predicament a little easier.

Yea, I know. I would feel more comfortable if I was recommended by somebody who knew them first hand, but mostly the price they gave me seemed a little high and I wanted something else to compare it to.
